New for 2018! Dog friendly, waterfront cottage on Frye Island with exquisite westerly views of the lake, mountains and sunsets. Enjoy the outdoors without the bugs in the enclosed 3 season porch. Frye Island offers 12 sandy association beaches, a swimming pool, tennis courts, golf course, a restaurant and an ice cream stand. Sebago Lake is a large lake with plenty of room for boating including access to Brandy Pond and Long Lake via the Songo River, for 40+ miles of boatable waterway. Furnishings are family mix.

Waterfront

Enter off dock, sandy lake bottom with boulders
60' direct n ferry landing or Long Beach Marina Level around house w/small lawn on waterfront side. Slope down to waterfront with staircase w/approximately 20 stairs down to dock. 1/2 acre lot.
