The waterfront is owned by this owner, but 5 neighbors who sometimes use it have rights to access it. *Dock is also shared. There is dining seating for 8 on the main floor and more in the finished basement or on the patio. *The main house has 3 bedrooms, and there is a stationary, completely (and adorably) renovated guest camper with 2 more sleeping areas. The camper also has a half bath and a sink. You must walk through the bedroom upstairs to access the loft. The loft can look down onto the living room or out some windows high-placed with a view of the lake. There are 2 kitchens in the main house: one on the main level and one in the basement level.
