ABOUT THE COTTAGE

Amazing home on wonderful Crescent Lake! Beautifully decorated w/3 bedrooms in the main house and a separate in-law suite (w/its own bathroom and coffee station) offering plenty of privacy for the whole family. With a flat lawn that gently slopes to a gorgeous beach and a private 149' dock. There are plenty of water recreations toys to explore the lake. The fishing in the lake is amazing, the kids can throw a line in right off the dock. It is laid out with ample seating for large gatherings as well as a game/entertainment room for the kids. There is a large screened porch to enjoy the summer evenings and listen to the loons. Lots of toys and fishing rods as well as 2 kids' bikes and a basketball hoop. Plenty of outdoor games as well as sand toys for the kids. The home is idyllic with every bedroom in the main house facing the lake. You won't want to leave! Furnishings are family mix.
