Modern year-round home with all the amenities for a great vacation on the waterfront, plus convenience of high-speed internet. Large deck with 2 patio tables faces the water for beautiful lake views. Deck is directly off the kitchen and ideal for outdoor dining for 10. Large sandy beach with sandy swim area, private and well protected by jetties. Sebago Lake is a large lake with plenty of room for boating including access to Brandy Pond and Long Lake via the Songo River, for 40+ miles of boatable waterway. This is an ideal home for 2 smaller families to share. Furnishings are modern mix.
