ABOUT THE COTTAGE

Charming traditional Maine cottage with Bunk House and Guest House, on large private lot in tranquil setting. Great views across the lake. Well-appointed property in a back-to-nature environment, yet not far from shopping and recreational activities. Facing west for sunset views. Sebago Lake is a large lake with plenty of room for boating including access to Brandy Pond and Long Lake via the Songo River, for 40+ miles of boatable waterway. Furnishings are cottage mix.

Waterfront

Main House: Banked frontage w/ 12-14 stairs to dock and gradual entry w/soft ball sized rocks. Guest House: 9 stairs to slightly sloping ramp followed by another 3 stairs to natural rock steps which lead to shallow, gradual, rocky lake bottom w/some boulders further out.

Open level lot with large lawn around Main house and surrounded by woods. Naturally sloping wooded lot around Guest House.
