Large beautiful home with well landscaped yard. Lake Sebago Estates gives you access to two beautiful sandy beaches with great swimming! There is also an apartment downstairs with its own kitchen and bathroom for added privacy. Sebago Lake is a large lake with plenty of room for boating, including access to Brandy Pond and Long Lake via the Songo River, for 40+ miles of boat able waterway. Furnishings are family mix.

*There are two association beaches in Lake Sebago Estates. The smaller beach is closest and is next to the boat slips. The second beach is very large and is off of Common Way Rd. There is a parking lot for your vehicle and the beach is approximately a 5 minute walk through the woods. The trail to the beach is natural and there are approximately 10 stairs at the beginning and then there are some roots and rocks along the way. *The main kitchen has a gas cook top and an electric double wall oven. There is a private apartment in the basement with its own entrance. The apartment kitchen has an electric stove. The firepit at this property is a gas firepit. Please let us know at the time of booking if you need boat accommodations. Please ask about a golf cart rental.
